The Regency Women’s Golf Play Days meets from late Spring through the Summer for the purpose of promoting the sport of golf among our ladies' residents.  Our Women’s Play Days is open to all Regency Residents, requiring a registration fee and USGA Handicap provided by the New Jersey State Golf Association. (Fee payable at the time of registration)  Our Play Days are a friendly, social but competitive atmosphere following the rules set forth by the USGA and the local rules of our course but encourage fun and laughs.

 

Our Play Days are on Monday Mornings, with 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM Shotgun starts, consisting of between 75 and 100 members.  Our weekly tournaments are fun and challenging and some reward individual achievement while others reward team achievement.  All tee times/pairings and results are facilitated by our pro shop staff and communicated weekly.

 

Prizes consist of credit in our pro shop and are awarded weekly and it’s always fun to see if your name is on the winner’s list. We start out our year with an informative and social get together where we review all rules and meet both old and new golfers and we end our year with an elegant luncheon where we can relive our best (and worst) days on the course with old and new friends and where we hand out various awards.
